I work as an associate Clinical Psychologist providing therapy for adults and adolescents. My areas of interests are in family and relationship issues, peripartum depression and anxiety, as well as ADHD.
As a professional trained in family therapy, I actively work with my clients and their families to understand family dynamics, bridge communication gaps, and to provide support in coping with mental health related difficulties such as mood disorders, peripartum (pregnancy/post-pregnancy) issues, as well as developmental related difficulties like Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Aside from therapy, I am also a supervisor for Clinical Psychology Trainees at HELP & Taylor's University. I also conduct talks and workshops in English and Bahasa Malaysia related to mental health such as stress and emotion management, mindfulness, and self-development. Corporations I have worked with include Accenture, HSBC, Petronas, KWAP, and Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia.
